the rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and always spotless. Being close to the Piano train station and having good public transportation nearby made it easy for us to explore Sorrento. Plus, the staff was welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful tips on where to eat nearby and how to get to the port to visit Capri.
There was limited parking available which created a bit of stress when trying to find a spot.

The hotel was spotless and the staff was extremely kind, providing rides to the train stations and port. The location in the pretty garden was lovely, and the breakfast was filling.

the garden area was exceptionally beautiful and perfect for relaxation. the service provided was top-notch, with all my exclusive needs being fulfilled in a timely manner.
The only minor issue was that the parking space was limited and slightly inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was perfect and it was a pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel.

The breakfast was good and served with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, with a TV and free Wi-Fi available. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet neighborhood too, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the area.
The walls were very thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. , the shower wasn't powerful enough, which made rinsing our hair a bit of a challenge.

Location was easily accessible by public transportation and close to a charming town with restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating upon arrival.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the lack of air conditioning made for an unpleasantly hot stay. the breakfast was limited and lacked fresh options.
